Single-Head Wood Block Machine

The single-head pallet block machine primarily uses wood sawdust, wood shavings, and other scrap wood as raw materials. When mixed with a certain ratio of glue, these materials are molded into pallet blocks under high temperature and pressure. The pallet block extruder machine, along with the chipping machine, drying machine, glue mixing machine, and cutting machine, is a key component of the production line. The final pressed wood blocks can serve as pallet blocks or export packaging, replacing hardwood blocks. These blocks are free from fumigation and quarantine requirements, and are fire-resistant and insect-resistant, including protection against termites.

APPLIED MATERIALS

Sawdust, leftover scraps, waste wood, shavings, waste pallets, building templates and other materials leftover from the production of pallet factories or woodworking products processing plants.
