The pallet block machine processes wood sawdust, shavings, scrap wood, and agricultural waste like cotton seeds and shell husks into compressed pallet blocks. These blocks serve as tray supports and foot piers, replacing traditional logs in the packaging, warehousing, and logistics industries.
Featuring a smooth surface, waterproof properties, and durability, the blocks are produced by mixing raw materials with glue in a specific ratio and forming them under high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion. They are also suitable for export packaging, as they require no fumigation or quarantine.
Sawdust, leftover scraps, waste wood, shavings, waste pallets, building templates and other materials leftover from the production of pallet factories or woodworking products processing plants.
1. Hydraulic cylinder provides high pressure and pushes the piston to extrude and mold the materials.
2. The heating of the heating plate at the high temperature promotes the solidification and molding of urea-formaldehyde glue.
3. Cutting according to certain length (usually around 1.2 m).
4. After cooling, cutting the long wood strips of half-finished products to the final size.
