The double-head pallet block machine primarily uses wood sawdust, wood shavings, and other scrap wood as raw materials. Mixed with a certain ratio of glue, these materials are molded into pallet blocks under high temperature and pressure. This machine is ideal for recycling wood waste into pressed wood blocks for pallets. The final pressed blocks are free from fumigation and quarantine, fire-resistant, and insect-resistant, including protection against termites. With a capacity twice as high as the single-head machine, it significantly boosts production efficiency.
Sawdust, leftover scraps, waste wood, shavings, waste pallets, building templates and other materials leftover from the production of pallet factories or woodworking products processing plants.
1. Hydraulic cylinder provides high pressure and pushes the piston to extrude and mold the materials.
2. The heating of the heating plate at the high temperature promotes the solidification and molding of urea-formaldehyde glue.
3. Cutting according to certain length (usually around 1.2 m).
4. After cooling, cutting the long wood strips of half-finished products to the final size.
