The double-station press machine is a highly efficient and energy-saving pallet processing solution, widely favored by pallet manufacturing plants. Equipped with two molds, the machine processes pallets alternately, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
Driven by a servo motor, the two molds operate in parallel. While one mold holds pressure and shapes the pallet, the other simultaneously handles feeding, adding raw materials, and flattening. This design, independently developed by our company, addresses the low efficiency of traditional compressed pallet machines and is protected by fully independent intellectual property rights.
The double-station press operates with stability, substantially reducing the processing time for each pallet. Despite a minimal cost difference compared to single-station presses, it offers a significant increase in production capacity, making it the mainstream choice for molded pallet processing.
The raw materials for moulded pallets can be waste wood, sawdust, sawdust, shavings, logs, burnt forest, planks, branches, wood chips, waste pallets, etc. and wood processing residues (slabs, slats, garden wood core, waste veneer, etc.). It can also be used for non-wood materials (such as hemp stalk, cotton stalk, reed, bamboo, etc.). Any raw material rich in fiber can be used to produce pallets, such as straw, waste paper, bamboo, palm tree, coconut, cork, wheat straw, bagasse, miscanthus, etc.
The presswood pallet equipment, independently developed by our company, is designed for efficient and automated pallet production. It features a three-beam, four-column structure for simplicity, durability, and practicality. The hydraulic system uses an integrated cartridge valve system, ensuring reliable performance, minimal hydraulic shock, reduced oil leakage, and an extended service life.
The machine includes an independent electrical control system with centralized button controls, offering three operation modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic.
Operators can select between fixed stroke and constant pressure forming processes, with functions such as pressure holding, delay, and adjustable mold pressure and travel ranges to meet specific production needs.
During operation, raw materials are placed into the mold, and the machine automatically completes the entire process, including pressing, pressure holding, timing, pressure release, demolding, and lifting, ensuring precise and efficient pallet production.

1、High precision
The press pallet machine adopts three-beam four-column structure. The four columns guiding device ensures the high precision of closing moulds and the stability of the machine while working.

The raw materials of machine are all durable materials which minimize the maintenance for the machine. The upper mold is integrated with the “Sliding beam”, which doubles the strength, stability and precision.

The final product of compressed pallet adopts one-piece design with round corners. They can be stacked up for storage by saving 60% of space in comparison with traditional pallet.
