The Dingli  Presswood Pallet Machine is a high-pressure forming equipment specifically designed for molded pallet production. It employs a hot-pressing process, using high temperature and pressure to mix and press wood chips, straw, and other biomass materials with adhesives to form high-strength, high-density pallets. Equipment Structure
Three-Beam Four-Column Structure: The Dingli  Presswood Pallet Machine consists of an upper crossbeam, slider, lower crossbeam, columns, and nuts. These are connected by four columns and nuts to form a rigid frame, ensuring good overall rigidity and high guiding accuracy.
Hydraulic System: Utilizing an advanced hydraulic system equipped with dual cylinders, the worktable experiences uniform force, enabling rapid and efficient pressing of wood chips and other raw materials.
Heating System: Steam or heat transfer oil can be used as the heat source to heat the raw materials, meeting the forming process requirements of the wood chip pallets.
Control System: The wood chip pallet hydraulic press is equipped with a dual system of PLC and servo hydraulic control, enabling high-precision force and position control. It can automatically complete the entire process, including pressurization, pressure limiting, pressing down, pressure holding, timing, pressure release, demolding, and lifting to the final position.
Performance Characteristics
High Pressure: The total design pressure is 1600 tons, with a nominal force of up to 16000KN and a pressure reaching 25MPa, producing sturdy and reliable pallets.
High Output: The pressure holding and curing time for molding one pallet is approximately 7-10 minutes. Depending on the model, 150-240 pallets can be produced per day.
Easy Operation: Utilizing a PLC control system, one-button operation allows for pressing and removing the formed pallets. The process is simple and easy to operate. It also features a highly visualized fully automatic control system, reducing the difficulty of operation for users.
Wide Applicability: This equipment can be used to produce pallets from any material containing long fibers, such as wood chips, waste wood pallets, waste wood, timber, straw, etc., reducing raw material investment costs.
